TEN (10) YEAR CONDITIONAL UNIT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY FOR MODELS: RGRM, RGTM. In

addition to the Limited Parts War anty, a Ten (10) Year Conditional Unit Replacement War anty applies to the noted mod-

els only, for the Manufacturer to provide a replacement model (if an exact replacement is not available, an equivalent unit

or credit wil  be provided) to the original purchaser if the heat exchanger fails during the first ten (10) years, AND if the

fol owing conditions are satisfied:

a) unit is instal ed in an owner occupied single family dwel ing only; is stil  owned by the original purchaser; in the

original instal ation location; AND

b) war anty is registered with the Manufacturer within 60 days of original instal ation or closing of your residence.

tions are satisfied:

a) unit is instal ed and properly matched with an outdoor unit from the Manufacturer, as specified by the

Manufacturer and AHRI published ratings; AND

b) unit is instal ed in a residential* application; is stil  owned by the original purchaser; in the original instal ation

location; AND

c) war anty is registered with the Manufacturer within 60 days of original instal ation or closing of the purchase of

HEAT EXCHANGER:

LIMITED LIFETIME HEAT EXCHANGER WARRANTY FOR MODELS: RGLQ, RGPQ, RGRA, RGRB,

RGRC,  RGRK,  RGRL,  RGRM,  RGTA,  RGTC,  RGTK,  RGTM,  (-)OBF,  (-)OPF,  (-)OCB,  (-)96P,  (-)95T,

(-)95P, R802P, (-)802P. The Manufacturer war ants the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger (con-

densing coil) to the original purchaser for his or her lifetime, provided the furnace is instal ed and used in the original

purchaser’s principal residence, subject to proof of purchase and such instal ation. For any subsequent owner (or the orig-

inal purchaser where the above lifetime limited war anty conditions are not met or cease being met), or if the furnace is

not instal ed in a residential* application, the Manufacturer’s war anty on the primary heat exchanger and the secondary

heat exchanger (condensing coil) is covered for an Applicable War anty Period of Twenty (20) Years after the Ef ective

Date.

TWENTY (20) YEAR LIMITED HEAT EXCHANGER WARRANTY FOR MODELS: RGLN, RGPN, RGPT,

RGLT, RGLS, RGPS, RGRS, RGRT, & RGTS, (-)92P, R801P, R801T, R801S. The Applicable War anty Period is

Twenty (20) Years after the Ef ective Date for the models noted, that are instal ed in residential* applications.

COMPRESSOR: TEN (10) YEARS: The Applicable War anty Period is TEN (10) YEARS after the Ef ective Date

only for Model: (-)ANL-*AZ, (-)APL-*AZ, (-)APM-*AZ, (-)PNL-*AZ, (-)PQL-*AZ.

TEN  (10)  YEAR  CONDITIONAL  COMPRESSOR  WARRANTY  FOR  MODELS:  13AJL,  14AJL,  16AJL,

13AJM, 13AJN, 14AJM, RA13, RA14, RA16, 13PJL, 13PJP, 14PJL, 14PJM, 15PJL, RP14, RP15. A Conditional

Compressor War anty wil  apply for Ten (10) Years after the Ef ective Date on the compressors in the noted models only,

if the fol owing conditions are satisfied:

a) unit is instal ed in a residential* application; is stil  owned by the original purchaser; in the original instal ation

location; AND

b) war anty is registered with the Manufacturer within 60 days of original instal ation or closing of the purchase of

The Applicable War anty Period is Five (5) Years after the Ef ective Date for compressors in al  three-phase models, and

The Applicable War anty Period is One (1) Year after the Ef ective Date for any other products, including commercial

equipment** and single-phase equipment instal ed in commercial applications.
