On Operation
Do not turn up the volume while listening to your iPod with no audio signals or very low
levelinputs.Ifyoudoso,thespeakersmaybedamagedwhenthepeaklevelofthesoundis
played.
On Use
Usetheunitinmoderateclimates.Neverusetheunitwhereitwouldbesubjectto:
- Heatsourcessuchasradiatorsorairducts.
- Directsunlight.
- Excessivedust.
- Moistureorrain.
- Mechanicalvibrationorshock.
- Unevensurface.
• Donotplaceanyheavyobjectsontopoftheunit.
• WhentheunitisusedwithanACpoweradaptor,donotwraptheunitinacloth,blanket,
etc.. If you do so, the temperature inside and outside the unit may rise considerably,
resultinginmalfunctioningoftheunit.
• Iftheunitisbroughtdirectlyfromacoldtoawarmlocation,orisplacedinaverydamp
room,themoisturemaycondenseonthelensinsidetheunit.Shouldthisoccur,the
unitwillnotoperate.Inthiscase,removethediscandleavetheunitinawarmplace
forseveralhoursuntilthemoistureevaporates.
• Fortheunittooperateatitsbest,itshouldnotbesubjecttotemperaturesbelow41°F(5°C)
orabove95°F(35°C).
