IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions 

should always be followed including the following:
  1. Read all instRuctions befoRe using.

  2. DO NOT touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.

  3.  Be sure that handles and knobs are assembled and fastened properly.

  4.  Keep door of Main Unit closed while operating. Do not touch 

Popcorn Kettle and appliance while operating; appliance is very HOT.

  5.  A Popcorn Maker that is plugged into an outlet should not be left 

unattended.

  6.  This Popcorn Maker will not shut off automatically. To avoid 

overheating, add corn and oil before operating.

  7.  Extreme caution must be used when unloading popcorn. Always turn 

the Popcorn Kettle over a countertop so that residual hot oil or water 

running out will not cause burns.

  8.  To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug or any 

part of this appliance in water or other liquids.

  9.  Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near 

children.

  10.  Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall 

outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to OFF, then remove plug from 

wall outlet.

  11.  Unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing parts and 

before cleaning.

  12.  DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, nor if 

the appliance has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance 

to the nearest repair shop for examination or repair.

  13.  The manufacturer does not recommend the use of accessory 

attachments. Use of accessory attachments may cause injuries.

  14. DO NOT use outdoors.

  15.  Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot 

surfaces.

  16.  Position the appliance as close to the outlet as possible to prevent 

injury due to tripping over cord.

  17.  DO NOT leave motor running once popping has ceased.

  18.  DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in 

a heated oven.

  19.  Extreme caution must be used when moving this appliance.

  20.  DO NOT use the appliance for other than its intended use.

  21.  Do not set Popcorn Kettle with hot oil or popcorn kernels on surface 

as it will tip over.

  22.  Check Popcorn Kettle for presence of foreign objects prior to use.

  23. DO NOT immerse in water.

  24. DO NOT use near water.

  25.  DO NOT clean any parts of this appliance in a dishwasher.

  26.  Keep out of reach of children, this appliance is NOT A TOY.

Unsupervised young children and cognitively challenged individuals 

should never operate this appliance, young children should be 

supervised while in proximity of the appliance to ensure compliance.

This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. No user-serviceable 
parts inside.
POLARIZED PLUG INFORMATION

To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this appliance has a polarized plug 

(one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug wil  fit 

in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the 

outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of tripping 

hazards. Extensions cords may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an 

extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord 

should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. All cords 

should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop 
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
