Cautions

READ ALL THE SAFETY AND OPERATING PRECAUTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE.
• Retain this INSTRUCTIONS for future reference.
• All WARNINGS and CAUTIONS should be carefully observed.

WARNINGS

• Disconnect the AC adapter in the event of accident.

Should the accident occur with the system such as smoking, smelling, sounding
abnormally, dropped or damaged, disconnect the AC adapter from the AC outlet, and
consult your dealer immediately.

• Disconnect from the AC outlet, if anything gets inside.

Otherwise, it may cause a fire or an electrical shock.

• Do not repair the system by yourself. Never modify the system.

There are no user serviceable parts inside.

• Never connect to the AC power of different voltage. Never use any AC adapter other

than the one supplied.

CAUTIONS

• Do not operate or leave the system:

1) in an area that is constantly exposed to the direct sunlight.
2) near a heat source.
3) in an area that is dusty, humid, or exposed to the water or smoke.
4) in the car.

• Never place the system on an unstable place such as shaky desk, inclined surface, or

on a high place.

• Never place anything on top of the system.
• Disconnect the AC adapter when not in use.
• Do not place magnetic media near the system.

Even speakers are magnetically shielded, it may affect the media and make it unreadable.

• Never pull out the cords.

When disconnecting the AC adapter, hold the adapter itself, not the cord.
When disconnecting the cords, hold the plug, not the cable.
Never put anything heavy on the cord, and never break or hurt the cord; otherwise, it may
cause malfunction, an electrical shock, or a fire.

Caution––Power Switch!
Disconnect the AC adapter to shut the power off
completely. The power switch in any position does
not disconnect the mains line.

• Stereo (left and right) speaker system, magnetically shielded to provide the greatest

protection against image distortion on a monitor.

• Built-in amplifier of total 3 W power, equipped with the power switch, volume control, and

headphone jack.

The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, 
within an equilateral triangle is intended to 
alert the user to the presence of uninsulated 
"dangerous voltage" within the product's 
enclosure that may be of sufficient 
magnitude to constitute a risk of electric 
shock to persons.

The exclamation point within an equilateral 
triangle is intended to alert the user to the 
presence of important operating and 
maintenance (servicing) instructions in the 
literature accompanying the appliance.
