INSTALLATION OF B159 RELEASE 1.23 AND B149 RELEASE 1.16 
The B159 and B149 telephones are supported on the following call servers: 

Call Server  

Notes 

CM Release 5.0 and later 

Alias telephone as 2500 set 

CS1000 6.0 and later 

 

IP Office 7.0 and later 

 

 

 

KNOWN CONSIDERATIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF B149 RELEASE 1.16 

The telephone may alert with the same ring tone regardless of what Distinctive Audible Alert setting is administered. 

For Caller ID, the telephone supports Single Data Message Format (SDMF), which provides only the caller’s number, 
not the name. 

The telephone only supports SD cards up to 2GB; SDHC (High Capacity) cards are not supported.  The SD card file 
system has to be FAT 16 (also simply called FAT) or FAT 32.
